Perfect location! The hotel is walking distance from The Americana at Brand which is a very beautiful outdoor shopping mall with restaurants. There’s also another shopping mall just across the street from Americana. Tons of restaurants, shops, salons, etc around the hotel. Location is very safe and posh. We loved it very much! The hotel is nice and clean. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, kitchenware, etc. They’re dog friendly so of course that was a BIG bonus as we always travel with our dog :) Staff are accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was decent and overall it was a great stay!

Customer service was impressive, the front desk staff were very friendly and acknowledged our reason for staying which is to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was incredible! It felt like we rented a studio apartment that had all we would need. Definitely not a typical hotel room. The bathroom was immaculate! I thought whoever planned the layout of the bedroom did a great job! The breakfast bar had a great selection! We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the inside as well during breakfast. The hotel is located at the heart of Glendale so we enjoyed our walk at night! Thank you for making our anniversary a memorable one!

The person who checked us in, Steven Ramos, was extremely accommodating and understanding of our circumstances (we were traveling with our child with autism/other disabilities) and he did his best to place us in a room where my son wasn't exposed to noise. He was extremely kind and beyond ADA compliant. Also, the hotel was very beautiful, well kept and within walk distance to a lot of great places. Definitely would recommend and will be staying there every time I visit the LA area.
